You pay for four weeks at a time and the price depends on how many days a week you want planned.
| Days a week | Four weeks |
|---|---|
| One | £30 |
| Two | £45 |
| Three | £60 |
| Four | £75 |
| Five | £90 |
If you already train with me, your PT sessions and CommFit classes aren't charged for. I build the plan around them and you only pay for the days you train on your own.
There's no subscription. When a block finishes you can take the next one or carry on with what you've learnt.
Your plan comes to you on WhatsApp and email within two working days of your intake form.
A full gym or a pair of dumbbells in the spare room, it doesn't matter. You tell me what's there and how much space you've got, and every session uses only that.
And if you'd like to add a bit of kit at home, I'll tell you what's worth buying and what isn't. Most people need far less than they think.
Most people who ask me for this already train with me, one to one or at CommFit, and want to know what to do on the other days. It means the time we spend together goes on coaching the lifts in your plan, so you're more confident doing them on your own.
But it works just as well if we've never met. All you need is somewhere to train and a willingness to jot down what you lift, because that's what your next block gets built from.
It's for healthy adults, 18 and over. If you've got an injury or a medical condition, tell me on the health check and I'll let you know whether it's a fit or whether you should see someone first.
Nine yes/no questions before you pay.
Pick how many days a week you want planned and pay for your first four weeks.
Your goal, your week, your equipment, your space and anything that hurts. It takes about 10 minutes.
Your plan arrives within two working days. Do the sessions, note what you lift and message me in week one with anything you're unsure about.
A training plan covers your training. If you'd like nutrition and sleep built in as well, with daily check-ins and a call whenever you want one, that's online fitness coaching at £40 a week with your first week free.
If you've got a training plan and want help with food, you can add nutrition coaching at £20 a week. But if you want both, online fitness coaching works out better value and you get more of me.
You can start with a plan and move up later. Switch to online fitness coaching during a block and what you paid for that block comes off your first coaching weeks.
A training plan is your training, written for you and reviewed every four weeks. Online fitness coaching adds nutrition and sleep, daily check-ins, unlimited changes and calls whenever you want one. If you want the full picture, coaching is the better option; if you just want to know what to do in the gym, a plan is enough.
Yes, and that’s who it was made for. I build the plan around your PT session or your classes and you only pay for the days you train on your own. Anything in the plan you’re unsure about, we can go through when I see you.
Yes. Tell me what you’ve got on the intake form and every session uses only that, even if it’s a resistance band and some floor space. If there’s one thing worth buying, I’ll suggest it, but you don’t have to.
It can be. Every exercise has a demo link, and in your first week you can ask me anything and send me a video for a form check. If you’d feel better being shown the main lifts first, a PT session or two before you start is worth it, but it isn’t essential.
As long as you’ve got. Tell me on the intake form whether that’s 30 minutes or 90 and I’ll write to it.
In week four I’ll ask how it went and for your best sets on the main lifts. If you want another block, I build it from there. If you’d rather carry on with what you’ve learnt, that’s fine too; I’d like you to get better at doing this yourself anyway.
You get one swap during the block if something isn’t working. If you want to add a day, you pay the difference and I’ll add it.
No. Log it however you like, in a lifting app or on the log page at the back of your plan. If you’d like an app and don’t have one, I’ll recommend a free one. What matters is that you can tell me what you lifted when we review.
If I haven’t started building your plan, you get your money back in full. Once it’s been sent to you, it’s yours.
Me. I’m a qualified personal trainer and nutritionist and I’ve trained for 20 years in just about every discipline going. Every plan’s written by me, for you.
Four weeks at a time, built around your days and your kit. From £30.
