This page covers the website. If you're a coaching client, the data section in your coaching agreement covers the health, training and nutrition information you share with me directly.
I use Umami to see which pages get used and where people drop out of a booking or sign-up. It sets no cookies and collects no personal data. It can't identify you and it doesn't follow you around other sites. It just tells me, in aggregate, how the site is being used.
What you enter into a booking or intake form, your name and email, and for coaching clients your health and lifestyle answers, I use only to deliver the thing you asked for. Card payments go straight to Stripe; this site never sees or stores your card details.
When you book a class I also record how you found it, including a name if someone brought you along. I use that to say thank you and to understand how the class grows, and I don't share it.
