Every week you get a programme built around your goals, your equipment and the time you actually have. The training progresses properly; load and volume move as you do, because that's how bodies change.
It covers your nutrition too. Calories, protein and food quality, matched to whether you want to drop weight, build muscle or change shape. And it covers sleep, because training and appetite both fall apart without it.
Nothing is generic. If your week changes, the plan changes.

If you come to CommFit or train with me in the studio, we get one good hour together. This is how the other six days stop being guesswork.
And if we've never met, it works just as well. The app doesn't care where you live; the programme is built for your life either way.
Bespoke fitness, nutrition and sleep plan, unique to you and your goals.
Coaching app to log every session, track your weights and see progress over time.
Simple, effective nutrition plan, personalised to you. No complicated recipes.
Unlimited programme adjustments. The plan flexes around you and your life.
Direct coach support and feedback. Daily check-ins to keep you accountable.
“One of the biggest takeaways for me was Stu's emphasis on building systems rather than relying on motivation alone. His focus on consistently managing your diet, drinking enough water, and getting quality sleep really reinforced how important the basics are when it comes to achieving results.”
Start with a seven-day free trial. Then pay weekly, so there's no long-term contract and no big payment upfront.

Add your card and start. The first seven days are free.
A short form about your life, schedule, food and goals.
I build your bespoke plan and load it into the app within two working days.
Each day you train, log results and we track performance together.
You fill in the intake form, I build your plan and it lands in the app within two working days. Then you start.
As much as you tell me you’ve got. The intake form asks how many sessions a week and how long each one can realistically be, and the plan is built around that answer.
If that’s three 45 minute sessions, the plan is three 45 minute sessions. I’d rather build something you’ll finish than something that looks impressive.
The form asks about it specifically, including what kit you are likely to have while you are away. Plans get built with a full version and a stripped-back version, so a week away doesn’t cost you the week.
No. Tell me what you can actually get to and what kit is there, and the plan uses that. Some people train in a commercial gym, some in a spare room with a set of bands.
Your plan sits in a coaching app and includes a daily dashboard, your training programme, space for a food diary and any identified guides and habits. You log each session as you do it, and you can message me any day.
Easier to show you than describe it. Here is what a week actually looks like.

Daily in the app if you want it. Video calls whenever you want one, with no limit and no fixed schedule.
You don’t have to wait for a slot.
Included. Training, nutrition and sleep are one programme.
Your training suffers when you sleep badly and your sleep suffers when your food is off, so coaching one of them properly means coaching all three.
You’ll get targets and a plan built around what you already eat, where you eat it and who does the shopping. Not a stack of recipes you’ll never cook on a Sunday.
No, but it helps with the sleep side. If you’ve got a Whoop, an Oura, a Garmin or a watch, we use what it’s telling us instead of guessing.
Tell me and we change it. The plan is meant to flex; if your week falls apart or an exercise aggravates something, that’s information, not failure.
The best plan is the one you’re able to complete.
We work around it. Anything that needs diagnosing or treating I’ll refer you on for, because that’s outside what a coach should be doing.
Cancel before your next weekly payment and you won’t be charged again. No notice period, no minimum term, no phone call.
Because it keeps me honest. If it stops being worth £35 you stop paying, and I’d rather earn it every week than lock you into a year.
That depends where you’re starting. What most people mention first isn’t the scales; it’s energy through the afternoon and being more consistent generally, not just in the gym.
I’m not going to give you a number of weeks. Anyone who does is guessing.
No. It’s built from your answers and it gets rewritten as you change. If it could have been written for someone else, I’ve done it wrong.
I do one to one sessions in Whickham at £35 an hour. Plenty of people do the online programme and book a session occasionally to get eyes on their technique.
