Your targets and a meal plan built around what you already eat. It lands within two working days of your intake form, and you've got a week on WhatsApp afterwards to ask me anything.
Refresh it for £30 whenever your goal or your week changes.
The nutrition plan, plus me checking in with you every week on WhatsApp. When something isn't working we change it, and your plan gets refreshed every four weeks.
First four weeks paid up front (£80), then £20 a week. Cancel any time after that. Bought a plan in the last 30 days? It counts towards your first four weeks.
“One of the biggest takeaways for me was Stu's emphasis on building systems rather than relying on motivation alone. His focus on consistently managing your diet, drinking enough water, and getting quality sleep really reinforced how important the basics are when it comes to achieving results.”

I keep it to the fundamentals because they're what work. Get your protein up and eat roughly the right amount for what you're asking your body to do; most of the rest looks after itself when the majority of your food is real food.
There are no banned foods and there's no fasting. If you eat out at lunch or someone else cooks tea, the plan works around that rather than pretending it doesn't happen.
And it's built to teach you as much as it tells you. After a while, the aim is that you won't need me to do this for you.
Here's an example training day at around 2,000 calories. Yours is built on your own numbers and around the food you already eat.
| Time | Meal | Calories | Protein |
|---|---|---|---|
| 07:00 | Porridge made with milk, a scoop of whey and berries | 450 | 37g |
| 10:30 | Greek yogurt and a handful of nuts | 220 | 21g |
| 13:00 | Chicken, rice and peppers | 620 | 50g |
| 17:00 | A banana before training | 100 | 1g |
| 19:30 | Salmon, new potatoes and greens | 580 | 33g |
| Total | 1,970 | 142g |
Rest days pull the carbs back and keep the protein where it is. Every meal comes with the weights to aim for, and you can swap any of them for another from your menu.
Five yes or no questions before you pay, so we both know this is right for you.
It covers your goals and what a normal week of eating looks like for you, right down to who does the shopping.
Within two working days you'll get your targets and meal plan as a PDF, and a message from me on WhatsApp.
On the plan, use it like a menu and ask me anything in the first week. On coaching, check in every Sunday and I'll reply by the end of Monday.
Anyone who wants some help with food, wherever you're starting from. It sits well alongside CommFit or personal training, when you're already putting the work in and want your food to match it.
It's for healthy adults. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, or you have a diagnosed condition that your diet affects, speak to your GP or a registered dietitian first. The same goes if you take medication that changes your appetite or weight, or if you've ever had an eating disorder. If you're not sure, drop me a message and I'll tell you straight.
Nutrition coaching is the food on its own. If you'd like your training and sleep planned too, with 1:1 video calls whenever you want one, online fitness coaching is £40 a week and your first week is free.
No. You’ll get targets and a weight to aim for with each meal. Weighing things for the first week or two helps you learn what a portion looks like, and after that you can eyeball it.
It helps, because the trend over a few weeks tells us whether your targets are right. If the scales aren’t for you, we can use a waist measurement or how your clothes fit instead.
It’s a menu of meals built around what you already eat, with the weights next to each one. There are no complicated recipes and there’s no Sunday of meal prep.
Tell me on the intake form and the plan is built around it. The same goes for foods you can’t stand.
Most of the work happens at the start, when I build your plan. Four weeks covers that and gives the plan long enough to show whether it’s working. After that it’s £20 a week and you can cancel any time.
Yes. After your first four weeks, cancel before your next weekly payment and that’s it. There’s no notice period.
Every Sunday you send me your progress and how the week went against your targets. I’ll reply by the end of Monday with one or two things to focus on. In between, message me with questions and I’ll answer within one working day, Monday to Friday.
You fill in a short update form and I rebuild your meal plan, with new targets if you need them. It’s £30 if you’ve already had a plan from me, and it’s included every four weeks on coaching.
Only the ones with good evidence behind them that make sense for you. I’ll also tell you which ones you can skip.
Yes. Online fitness coaching includes all of this and adds your training and sleep, for £40 a week.
I’m a qualified nutritionist and personal trainer, and I spent years at Weetabix working on nutrition and food science every day.
£60, built around the food you already eat and with you within two working days of your intake form. If you'd like me checking in every week, coaching is £20 a week.
