What a week actually looks like.

Paying weekly for something you have not seen is a lot to ask. So here is a real week, in the real app, from a client who agreed to let me show it.

Day zero

Your plan is built before you do anything.

You fill in the intake form. It asks about your week, your travel, what kit you can get to and what you actually eat, because those four answers change everything else.

Then I build it. It lands in the app within two working days.

Every morning

You open the app and the day is already decided.

No deciding what to train. No wondering whether today is a rest day. It says W3, Monday, full body, nine o'clock.

Underneath the session are the habits we are working on that block. In this week it was hitting a protein target at every meal and drinking three litres of water. Small, specific, and you tick them off.

That is the part most people underestimate. The training is the easy bit to get right; the habits are what actually move.

The session

Nothing is left for you to guess.

Every exercise carries sets, reps, a target intensity and a rest time. Goblet squat, three sets of twelve, intensity eight, ninety seconds rest. You are not interpreting anything.

Tap an exercise and you get demonstration photos, a place to log your reps and weight, and a stopwatch for the rest period. Underneath it tells you what you did last time.

That last line does more than it looks. Seeing “Last: 22 Jul, reps 12, weight 10.0” is what turns a workout into progression.

Nutrition

You log what you eat and I actually read it.

You write down your meals as you go. No weighing everything, no scanning barcodes, no app telling you off.

Then I respond to them. When this client logged a ham salad sandwich, the note back was to swap the ham for a better protein source; chicken, tuna, beef, something less processed. Small correction, made once, on real food he was actually eating.

That is the difference between a meal plan and being coached. A plan tells you what to eat on a Tuesday you have not had yet.

Every day

I am in there with you.

Message me whenever. Most of the exchanges are short; something logged, something noticed, a nudge before a session.

Look at the times on those messages. Twenty past six in the morning, because that is when I train and that is when I catch up on everyone.

You can also book a video call whenever you want one. No limit, no fixed schedule and no waiting for a slot.

The real world

The plan bends. That is the point.

Work blows up. You get ill. A trip gets moved and suddenly you are in a hotel with two dumbbells and a treadmill.

Tell me and it changes. Unlimited adjustments are part of the price, because a plan you cannot complete is worth nothing.

The best plan is always the one you actually finish.
