1. What you are signing up for
A one-to-one coaching arrangement with Stuart White, sole trader, delivered in person. The aim is to help you make sustainable improvements to your fitness. Stuart is qualified at Level 3 in Personal Training and Level 4 in Nutrition. He is not a medical doctor, registered dietitian, physiotherapist or psychologist.
2. What is in scope, what is not
In scope: exercise programme design, goal setting and review, resistance and cardiovascular training guidance, movement and technique instruction, training load management, recovery guidance and accountability. Out of scope: diagnosis or treatment of any injury or medical condition, physiotherapy or rehabilitation, manual therapy, prescription of any drug. If anything suggests a clinical issue, Stuart will refer you to your GP or a specialist before continuing.
3. Your responsibilities
Tell Stuart about any medical conditions, injuries, surgeries, medications or allergies that could affect what is safe for you to do. Complete the health screen honestly. If any question flags a concern, get medical clearance from your GP before training. Tell Stuart if anything material changes.
4. How your data is handled
Stuart is the data controller for the information you share. It is stored on UK or EU-based services and used only to deliver your coaching. It will not be shared without your written consent, except where required by law or where there is a credible risk to your safety. You can see, correct or delete your data any time by emailing hello@stuart-white.co.uk.
5. Photos, measurements and progress data
Some clients want measurements, weigh-ins or progress photos; some do not. Both are fine. Nothing is collected without your active consent and nothing is used publicly without your permission.
6. Cancellation and changes
A session can be cancelled with 24 hours' notice at no charge. Use the link in your confirmation email, or email hello@stuart-white.co.uk. If you cancel after that you will still be charged.
7. Liability
Exercise carries inherent physical risk. You are responsible for performing exercises safely, within your own limits, and in line with any medical advice you have received. Stuart is not liable for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information you provided, or from the inherent risk of exercise. This does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
