Who I am

Stuart White.

I spent 20 years in consumer product businesses. Johnson & Johnson, L'Oréal, Perrigo, Weetabix, Tommee Tippee. I've run teams, managed multi-million pound budgets, sat in the boardrooms. I know what that life looks like because I lived it.

I also spent those same 20 years fascinated by fitness. Training four, five, six days a week, without fail. Always learning about programming. Forever researching food and sleep.

I've competed in CrossFit, Hyrox, obstacle course racing including the 12-hour Europe's Toughest Mudder. I've finished Ultramarathons including 50+ miles in a Backyard Ultra. Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, bodybuilding. I've raced up skyscrapers, I've cycled across countries.

I've experimented with different ways of eating too. Fasting, macros, paleo, keto. Been vegan, vegetarian. Bulked up, slimmed down. From every single one of those I've learnt something that's made its way into how I coach.

Professional experience

Why the corporate career matters.

At Tommee Tippee I was the Global Head of Sleep, working with sleep scientists and spending years understanding how sleep works and how to improve it.

At Weetabix, as Head of Innovation, I was working in nutrition every day; understanding food science, improving recipes.

And before that I worked in healthcare, where I developed and launched a vitamin range for Men's Health magazine.

Fitness and nutrition and sleep. I chose these areas because I've spent my career working in them and my personal life practising them.

Your body also responds to how you sleep; it's the time for change. In our monthly 1:1 calls we explore your sleep habits and create experiments to optimise your sleep quality and duration.

Consistency wins. Daily, over decades. We'll build habits and discipline so you can repeat the system for the rest of your life.
