How it works

Built around your life, not a template.

Every engagement starts with a 15 minute discovery call to assess if we're a good fit. If we are, a consultation call will follow for me to learn more about you: your goals, your training history, your food environment, your sleep habits.

And from there I build your unique fitness, nutrition and sleep programme, tailored to your goals. All contained in a simple-to-use app, you just log on each day, complete your plan and log the results. And over time you put in the work and the results will follow.

I'm available daily in the app for questions and support. We schedule 1:1 video calls to review progress and goals. And your plan evolves as you do; if something isn't working or your schedule shifts, we change it. The best plan is always the one you're able to complete.

    A week later we talk through your life, schedule and goals before I build anything.

  3. Programme build

    I then create your bespoke programme and share it with you in the coaching app.

    Protein targets, calorie awareness, food quality. No fads, no quick fixes. I work with your actual food environment whether that's corporate catering on a Tuesday or cooking at home on a Sunday.

    Practical habit changes backed by sleep science and tracked through your wearable data. Typically overlooked by other coaches, I use research to inform and then adjust based on your data, not guesswork.

Most coaching programmes pick one of these and ignore the rest. But your training suffers when you sleep badly. And your sleep suffers when your nutrition is off. I coach all of it because that's the only way the results last.

I spent 20 years in senior corporate roles. I've had the calendar, the travel, the pressure. And for that reason I know how to build your programme around a demanding schedule that frequently changes. Most other coaches don't.

Everything works remotely. The programme is delivered in a coaching app and check-ins are via video calls. This means you have maximum flexibility and you're not tied to a certain location.
